WATER is important to us
Rain water is collected into two large tanks and two wells and used to water the lawn.
The SUN’s ENERGY
A solar heating installation integrates the production of hot water for bathroom fixtures and rooms’heating. Two Photovoltaic systems cover almost entirely the electricity needs for air conditioning, swimming pools, lights and appliances
A KM 0 breakfast
Our breakfasts consists in products, especially organic ones, from the surrounding area, from cheeses to salami, from fruit to vegetables, from bread to jams.
An eco-friendly HYGIENE
Our courtesy products have the “Nordic Ecolabel” eco-certification. Cleaning is done using completely biodegradable detergents.
PET friends
Your furry friends are welcome in our room at the ground floor, which has direct access to the garden and has a shaded veranda. We also have an approximately 5,000 mt2 area entirely fenced, where they can run and play in total safety.
We have optimized CONSUMPTION
Our house has been designed and refurbished according to ecological criteria. Walls, roof, windows, floors, lights and appliances, all reflects this philosophy believing in respect and integration with Nature

We recycle more than the 80% of our waste. Paper, plastic, glass and organic waste will have a new life.
