CASA LUCESOLE in the heart of UNESCO
Casa LuceSole is located on the edge of the small burg of Fontanile, in the heart of Alto Monferrato. In June 2014, UNESCO recognized this area, together with Langhe and Roero, as the 50th Italian World Heritage site for the special bond between the land and culture linked to vines cultivation, which has shaped the landscape over the centuries, in perfect synergy between man and nature.
Situated in a unique scenic position, your gaze will space beyond the gentle outlines of Langhe and Monferrato hills, lingering on the majestic Alps range, spacing from Monviso to Cervino mountains.

Casa LuceSole is a dream come true. We have turned an old farmhouse into a modern house, characterized by design and comfort. Its 2-years renovation has been done according to eco-sustainability criteria, in line with our lifestyle.
Both inner and outer spaces have been conceived in every single detail, endorsing the use of natural materials and matching antique pieces of furniture with modern “Made in Italy” design pieces.
The house is surrounded by 15,000 square meters of land : 10,000 square dedicated to vines cultivation and 5,000 meters used as garden and orchard.
The infinity pool surrounded by Luserna stones has been recently installed: take a moment to enjoy the unique view of the stunning surroundings while bathing.
